Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.
- Users must submit a return request within 3×24 hours after receiving the product.
- Items must be in the following condition:
- Unworn
- Tags still attached
- Not stained or damaged due to user mishandling
- Items in sale/clearance categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
